Transformational Center Follow Up Discussions *

In an effort to drive more traffic into the Transformation Center, the committee would like to encourage exhibitors to list topics of discussion or products being featured in your booths at each time frame that the the transformation center will be open. Please provide a short description (less than 140 characters) of follow up discussion in your exhibit space to encourage participants to come to your booth during these time frames. Attendees will be notified of products or topics of discussion through a push notification sent out on the NCCL app (Sponsored by Our Sunday Visitor) for each topic 10-20 minutes before each time frame.

Ad Space:

There are a number options for advertising within the conference brochure. Please select your desired option, and contact Masero Events with questions. If you would like to secure premium add space, contact Masero Events right away as space is limited to one exhibitor per premium space.

Additional Exhibitor Opportunities:

Transformation Center Raffle

Our goal is to increase traffic and dialogue with you, our partners, the exhibitors/publishers. During the four exhibit times on Monday and Tuesday of the NCCL conference, we are offering raffle tickets (different colors for each four time frames) for participants to use while visiting booths. Consider offering a different item to be raffled at each of the time frames. Participants will receive a push notification through the NCCL app as well that will have a list of the exhibitors that are offering raffle items. If possible they should be tied in to the four pillars of the Catechism (Prayer, Sacraments, Creed and Morality). Participants would come to each booth to see what is being offered and add their raffle tickets into the bowls of the items they are interested in (like a silent auction). All of the raffle items will be drawn at the 25th Anniversary Celebration of the Catechism on Tuesday evening. Please indicate if you would like the opportunity to participate in these raffles, and which ones you will have an item to be displayed.

Sponsorship of Catechism 25th Anniversary Event

On Tuesday evening of the conference, we will be celebrating the 25th Anniversary of the Catechism in the Transformation Center, in response to NCCL’s collaborative relationship with the USCCB Committee on Evangelization and Catechesis. We are inviting you as our partners to add to this celebration by supplying snacks and drinks. If you sponsor a table at the event (Cheese, Hors d’oueuvres, desserts, bar – each for $3800), we will add your name on the table as a Platinum Sponsor of the event and invite you to “host” that table by welcoming participants. If you are unable to support the event at that level, then you can choose another sponsorship tier.  Gold Sponsors will have a sign in the room acknowledging your support. Silver Sponsor  will be listed on table tent in the center of the room. Partner Level Sponsors will be listed on table tent in center of the room.

Coffee Breaks in Transformation Center

We’re giving exhibitors the opportunity to sponsor the coffee breaks in the Transformation Center exhibit space on Monday or Tuesday mornings. Exhibitors will have clear logo recognition on the coffee tables during this period.

Individual Members & College/Universities/National Catholic Advocacy Organizations

You’ve got access to special rates for booths. Individual members may select one exhibitor booth at a rate of $500. Colleges/Universities and National Catholic Advocacy Organizations may select one or two booths at a rate of $375 per booth. Ad space is not included in these rates.
