Bylaws: Board Decision affirmed 04/2008

• Assist the conference in designing a development plan which would include fund raising and grant design.
• Maintain NCCL’s case study.
• Oversee NCCL’s annual appeal process.
• Provide leadership for the Echo the Promise Campaign.
• Is the lead agent on any NCCL additional appeals or fund raising initiatives.
• Assist staff in seeking grants and other funding to further NCCL’s mission.
