Bylaws: By Laws III-2; Directives, 1-E

• Develop background files on topics and people relevant to NCCL as directed.
• Develop press releases as directed by the board/staff of NCCL especially Annual Meetings and Awards.
• Provide a conduit for other committees to ensure a consistent identity/message is being communicated.
• Maintain established presence in social networking.
